Return & Refund Policy

At Sweets Lovers, all of our products are handmade and made-to-order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

❌ No returns accepted

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered.

💬 Did something go wrong?

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sweetsloversbg@gmail.com and include a photo. We will review your case and, if eligible, we may offer a partial or full refund, or a replacement based on availability.

📦 Unclaimed local pickups

Orders scheduled for local pickup that are not collected on the agreed date are non-refundable.
